What the company actually does, in plain terms
CamTech MSP is a managed services provider headquartered at 2416 W Detroit St in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. We handle computer hardware, information systems design, and day-to-day service and support for small and mid-sized businesses: desktops, servers and cloud. Clients range from medical clinics and construction companies to sales organisations, and the three testimonials on this site come from exactly that mix.
While the team is local, the reach is not. CamTech supports clients across the United States and has supported remote sites as far afield as Malaysia and Dubai, with data centers in both Oregon and Oklahoma so that critical information is reachable when it is needed. Through a national help desk partnership, an onsite engineer can be dispatched in as little as four hours to almost anywhere in the country.
The technology side runs on partnerships with the vendors we install and support every day: Dell and HP hardware, Microsoft for productivity and email, Barracuda for email security, SonicWall firewalls and Trend Micro endpoint protection. Those relationships matter because they decide how fast a problem gets escalated when it is bigger than a help desk ticket.
